Consumers may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, eligible goods should be returned within 14 days. Items must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them and should be returned with their original accessories and packaging where possible.
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, perishable goods, or digital content and services whose performance began with your express consent and acknowledgement. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Please contact us promptly with photographs where appropriate. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Once a return is received and checked, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required by law. You normally pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
